We stand behind what we sell and our customers!

A couple of notes on warranty issues for products - Warranty items are different to "normal returns" in that Winter Park Cycles is a third party to the warranty transaction between our customers and the product's manufacturer. Rest assured, we do our best to resolve all warranty issues as quickly and cost effectively for our customers and we are always on your side and do our best. 

Please note that any applicable shipping charges and/or labor charges are not covered by the manufacturer and are billed to the customer. We will find you the best rate possible, but are not responsible for shipping costs for warranty items.
