The Factor Ostro 2.0, also known as the Ostro VAM, is quite simply a rocket on the road that masterfully combines aerodynamics, lightweight construction, and responsive handling. There are a lot of changes over the first gen Ostro.

• Enhanced Aerodynamics: Utilizing advanced computer modeling and wind tunnel testing, the Ostro 2.0 achieves a claimed 7-watt reduction at 48 km/h (28 mph) compared to the previous model, Factor says.

  This improvement translates to a time savings of approximately 28.8 seconds over a 40 km (25-mile) course. Your riding buddies will hate you.

• Lightweight Design: The frame weighs a mere 820 grams for a painted 54 cm size, making it 45 grams lighter than its predecessor.

  When paired with the Black Inc 48/58 wheelset, the complete bike meets the UCI's 6.8 kg (14.99 lbs) weight limit.
