Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

RETURNS and CANCELLED ORDERS

You may return eligible items within 21-days of the delivery date by logging into your Customer Account, selecting the order, and requesting a return.

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. We do reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on Special Orders, Custom Built Bikes, or Demo Bikes. 

Any cancellations of Special Orders/Custom Builds will result in the forfeiture of all deposits held by Winter Park Cycles for this order. 

Any bicycles, frames, apparel, helmets, and shoes purchased at a discount, or on sale, are final sale items and may only be returned for store credit. 

All items sent back must be unworn and in their original packaging.

REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS FOR CANCELLATIONS OF SPECIAL ORDERS:

You can cancel at any time prior to the item shipping. We will refund 100% in store credit or 90% if we have to return it to a credit card. 

Refunds/Credits:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will refund your money to you via the means originally used to purchase the item. After we apply the refund to a credit card, it may take up to 48 hours to be seen electronically on the account. As for monthly paper statements, it can take up to one or two billing cycles before you see the refund printed in your statement. PayPal refunds tend to be immediate.

If you would like to exchange your purchased item for another item on our website, please contact us and we will walk you through the process.
