It uses a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio that pairs perfectly with Formula 369 1:1 high carb mix. It packs the "Goldilocks" number of carbs at 45g so you can take 2 per hour to hit 90g, or take one and supplement the rest with Formula 369. And last but not least, we added a splash of real Lemon Juice for an unbelievable flavor that goes down easy and won't over power your taste buds.
